Half of your fixed quote up front books your build (a $299 Basic site starts with $149.50). The other half is due when you approve the finished site.

You see the real site in a private preview link, not a static mockup, and get two full rounds of changes.

Straight

How long does a build take?
It depends on the tier and how fast we get your photos and details. Basic sites are the quickest. Mid and High End take longer because there is more design and build work. You get a date with your quote.
Do I really own my domain?
Yes. The domain is registered in your name, on your account. If you ever leave, you take the domain and the site files with you.
What do you need from me?
Your services, service area, hours, contact details and any photos you have. If you have no photos, we can plan the site around what you can shoot on a phone.
Can you redo the site I already have?
Yes. We can rebuild an old or slow site and keep your domain. We will look at what is working on the current site before we change anything.
Are the sites on this page your clients?
No. Northbound Sites is a new studio, so every site on this page is a sample: a concept design for a fictional business, built to show what each tier looks and feels like. The phone numbers and emails on them are fake.
What does the 3D in the High End tier involve?
We model something that belongs to your trade in Blender and turn it into an interactive scene that reacts to the mouse and to scrolling. Phones and older devices get a sharp still image instead, so the site stays fast for everyone.
What is not included?
Ongoing copywriting, photography shoots and paid ads are not part of a build. Domain registration and hosting fees are paid by you, in your name, so you are never tied to us.
